FIS Desktop Application

Silverlight is required.  If not installed, open a Zendesk ticket.

Do you use FIS? If so, there's an ‘app for that’? To install the app, follow the steps below:

1. Be sure that FIS is configured to 1^st be opened in MS EDGE in IE mode 
   1. How to enable IE mode in MS EDGE
2. In EDGE open FIS login screen, right click the username/password window and select install FacilityProfiler.client

3. To rename the icon
   • Right click the icon and select rename

NOTE - The application install for FIS UAT/PROD can be installed following the same steps.
