Hazardous Waste/Substance Fee

Attached are the steps for submitting fees Hazardous Waste Management and/or Hazardous Substance fees. 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

**Please note that whomever starts the submittal (preparer or RO) must also submit the submittal. There is no approval needed by an RO to submit.

**Print 2 copies of your receipt page.  One for your records and the other to mail with payment, if required, as it cannot be retrieved after receipt window is closed.**
