How to Get Your GEOS Password, PIN and Security Questions Reset
You may request any or all of your GEOS account security credentials reset within GEOS, but if you are having difficulty doing so yourself or not receiving the reset emails from GEOS, you will need to send an email to support@gaepd,zendesk.com explaining the situation. You must include the full name of the GEOS account holder and their username or registered GEOS email address.
Note: security question responses are case sensitive like passwords.
What happens after you send the support email for a password, PIN or security question reset.
Once Georgia EPD receives your support request, instead of resetting only one or two credentials, all your credentials are usually reset - password, PIN and security questions. You will receive two emails - one with a temporary password and one with a temporary PIN, Starting with the email with the temporary password follow the instructions in both email messages.
