There are 2 scenarios which generate an overdue notice from NetDMR.
1. If you have received this automatic notice from the NetDMR System for failure to report on a specific feature (for example MSP or the 16 chemicals that make up PAHs), report using NODI code 9 and add a note in the comment box. EPD is actively working to correct these errors related to parameters. Using NODI code 9 will stop the automatic notices. The NetDMR system will flag submittals which are missing information, so please be sure to fill out all of the information for each outfall at your site.
2. If you have received this automatic notice from the NetDMR System for failure to report but have submitted information/data to the Industrial Stormwater Team via email, it means that your permit has now been uploaded into NetDMR. Enter your data into the now available DMR. This will stop the automatic notices and allow the Industrial Stormwater Team to backdate using the date from your previous email.
Notices will continue to be automatically sent every 7, 14, and 21 days until data is reported.
