Per the Stormwater Industrial Program Manager:
The NetDMR reports for industrial Stormwater data are a requirement under the 2022 Industrial General Permit (GAR050000). The due date on these is always 45 days after the end of each quarter. There was a data flow issue where several permits were incorrectly flagged with a due date in January. We are aware of the issue and working on it. Once the permits are ready, the reporting requirement is to enter either a no discharge (nodi9) code or the numerical results of the samples taken; this will need to be done for each quarter.
My team and I are working on getting the permits into NetDMR with the correct data linkage from each NOI (this is done by hand for each industry under this permit across the state). This includes the correct sampling parameters, so each parameter for each subsector is also being checked. There are no digital shortcuts for this. I truly appreciate patience while we work to get the data in the system correctly.
Thanks for being proactive in getting set up in CDX/NetDMR. General information, including a copy of the permit with the reporting due dates inside, is located here: NPDES Industrial Storm Water General Permits.
