Proofpoint Security Education Platform
Problem
Some internet browsers will cause training modules in the Security Education Platform to not function properly. You may experience blank screens, unexpected closing of browser window, or training module failing to register status as 'complete' after completion.
Resolution
Proofpoint supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari for viewing and operating the Security Education Platform for the best user experience. However, EPD IT strongly recommends using Google Chrome over other supported browsers listed. Our staff has received the least reports of problems using Chrome.
Notice
As of January 1, 2022, we will no longer support Internet Explorer (IE) as a compatible browser for the Security Education Platform.
